Design Role

Alongside Do-Hee Kim at Shoppe Theory, we worked on their initial web launch back in early 2019 to help Cirkul pivot to a more female-centric audience.

As they’ve grown, we’ve continued to work with on various UX projects, all dedicated to helping their customers create easily customizeable experiences.

Some of the projects we’ve worked on extend from rethinking their item page experience, creating bundling and starter kit flows, to designing a detailed Help Center and a referrals program.

Bundle Experience

Personalization is a big part of the Cirkul experience. They want their customers to drink their water however they prefer it and needed an experience that matched.

Our goal was to create a user flow that was easy to navigate that also highlighted the overall benefits of bundling.

It had to not only be easy to find a favorite flavor, but to also show the amount of savings per each item added.

Help Center

With an extensive library of how-tos and useful information, Cirkul needed a place and organization system that made finding helpful information a complete breeze.

From categorizing topics to smart search, we helped Cirkul create a customer experience flow that made having an issue (almost) delightful.

Additional Pages

As a growing ecommerce brand, Cirkil had a vast array of projects that needed strategy and an intentional visual touch.

From a Weight Watchers landing page, to a referrals experience, no detail was left untouched.
